The whole morning was dedicated to a 4-hour team building workshop. A lot happened during this workshop. We worked on storytelling techniques, on each person’s leadership, felt very strongly what the team dynamic was, and above all, and I want to emphasize this, we laughed, we discovered each other and got closer. To this day, the team still talks about this workshop which was significant, both for the energy that was created and for the message that Nathalie conveyed and which touched the team.
