I combine a robust corporate background (Master’s in Management & Business, with 15 years as an International Sales Director) with an artistic perspective as a trained Playback Theater Actor and Teacher. This blend enables me to offer workshops and coaching sessions that are dynamic, experiential, and impactful, tailored specifically to the needs of each team.

During interactive sessions, I observe leadership skills, listening abilities, openness to diverse perspectives, and growth potential. This provides a holistic view of team dynamics and areas for improvement. 

  • Engaging Manager-Driven Workshops: For managers looking to deliver important messages or initiatives, my workshops transform these ideas into actionable, living experiences. Sessions often feel like vibrant, collaborative brainstorming, helping teams visualize company goals, refresh strategies, and co-create new concepts.

  • Addressing Key Themes: I design sessions to tackle various objectives, from enhancing motivation and resolving conflicts to improving communication and teamwork. 

After each workshop, I hold a debriefing session with the management team to provide feedback and tailored recommendations, helping individuals and teams advance by leveraging their unique strengths.

Nathalie spoke to our team of team leaders as part of our back-to-school seminar. The whole morning was dedicated to a 4-hour team building workshop. A lot happened during this workshop. We worked on storytelling techniques, on each person’s leadership, felt very strongly what the team dynamic was, and above all, and I want to emphasize this, we laughed, we discovered each other and got closer. To this day, the team still talks about this workshop which was significant, both for the energy that was created and for the message that Nathalie conveyed and which touched the team. I would call this workshop a “long-release medicine”. For us, as HRD, it is a great tool for assessing our team’s strengths.

Nathalie worked with our team of managers for Sabon Israel over a period of one year, at a rate of one 3-hour workshop every 3 weeks. The post-October 7 context obviously influenced the content of the workshop, but basically, our goal was to create better team dynamics and to facilitate exchanges. In the end, between October and June, we noticed significant changes in team cohesion and also at the individual level. Personalities revealed themselves, managed to exist better and more authentically in the collective, Nathalie allowed some people to assert themselves more, and others to be less dominant. The exercises with improvisations were particularly striking for the team because it required them to get out of everything they had known until then and to take risks. This greatly developed their ability to listen and open up and also their leadership. For us, the management and human resources team, these workshops have become a very valuable assessment tool.
